314 E Fourth - This is a 2BR 1BA house. The basement is holding water due to the lack of electricity to operate a sump pump. The furnace, a-coil for the central air, and hot water heater have been stolen from the basement, and the back door shows signs of attempted forced entry with broken glass and splintered wood as if it had been kicked. It has vinyl siding and newer windows as well as what appears to be updated wiring. I couldn't tell whether it has a breaker box or fuse box. The duct work is disconnected, the carpet in need of replacement due to odor, and the walls need painting at the least. The front door was not on its hinges. My client re-installed the door.
